1987 s10 blazer 2.8 bogs on heavy accel

Please help my s10 blazer bogs on accel heavy, almost dies, some times it does. It has been sitting for a year. 1/4 tank of gas in her Any suggestions. Just did a full tune up and engine flush. Timing fuel filter ????

I guess my first question would be was it doing this before it sat for a year?  If not, then the 1st thing I would do is get some fresh gas into it with some fuel system cleaner (double dose) and literally drive it like you stole it.  It's possible that things have gotten gummed up from such a long period of inactivity.  Once you have run it a bit with some injector cleaner in the tank, then would be the time to change the fuel filter.  Also, after you've gone through a tank or two, you may want to change it again to be safe.
