1997 blazer with high mileage

Hello i have a friend that gave me a 1997 blazer that she doesent want but i am wondering if its worth fixing the front end because it has 165.000 miles on it.How long will my engine last it runs good and sounds like if it had 50.000 miles on it.

you said she gave it to you? did you throw any money down? if not go for an engine swop v8
