Sorry ahead of time for the occasional f-bomb. I'm all out of sorts right now.
Ok, so I got the Blazer back last night...and in the true style of my wonderful Aunt, it's in worse condition than just a few days ago. How bad can it be? She only got it on Saturday.
Well let me tell you...she ****ing sucks at life.
It shows up at my house at about 9pm last night on the back of a tow truck. I'm thinking that this is going to be bad. Well, she stated that it started missing and then wouldn't restart. I get in it, turn the key on and the fuel pump is VERY loud. The reason it is very loud is that it doesn't have any liquid around it to act as a sound deadener and it is just resonating in the EMPTY FRIGGING GAS TANK! You dolt! An engine needs 3 things to work: AIR, FUEL and SPARK. CHECK THEM ALL FIRST!!! ARRGH!!!!!
Next comes the driver's side door. The door was sagging a bit but still closed well if you didn't attempt to ****ing kill it. Well, she decided to kill it. The door handle itself is now broken, the door latch is ****ed and she managed to bend the ****ing sheetmetal where the door striker is located. For the love of god, how? Oh, and there is a nifty little oil can in the door which I will have to pop out, most likely caused by her FAT ASS!
To further throw gasoline on the fire, she signed the title so now I have no clear title until she transfers it into her name so I can get it back into mine. And, it is sitting out in the street with no tag just WAITING to get a citation. I'd love to move it but now I have to put gas in it and reprime the fuel system. Hopefully her stupid ass didn't burn up the fuel pump.
If anybody wants this thing, come and get it. Buy me a few beers and it's yours. I'm so done.

Both my mom and I are done with helping her. We've helped her out in the past and every time she has made us sorry for helping her. This was the final straw, our patients have officially run out.
I would try to get some money out of her for what she broke but I would have more luck asking my dog for money. At this point, I don't want to deal with her ever again. She's family and that is why I tried to help her out but she took it way too far. Hope she enjoys trying to fix her Exploder. I am going to laugh when she shells out 1500 bucks for a used transmission, 400 bucks to install it and it craps out.

Punch her in the ovaries and pray she never reproduces.... this can be the first step in ridding the world of idiots.

. . . . . and just for good measure.... key her car, slash the tires, break her windows, and kick her dog... assuming she has a dog..... you know... just for good measure. . . .

Karma is not going to be kind to her, I'm not going to resort to anything violent.
I guess the old saying is true: No good deed goes unpunished.
Anybody up for a blazerforums.com project truck? I've got a vehicle to donate to the cause. Too bad everyone is so far away from me here in S. FL otherwise I would tow it up to wherever.

wow. sorry to hear that. thats why i never help family out like that cause they would ruin it. i agree with dory...i would make her pay for the damages. didn't you give her the truck to keep? i thought you did but if not sorry for assuming things. why would she give it back if you gave it to her or something?

Well, after talking to a neighbor of mine (who is a total gearhead), it seems that the fate of the Blazer will be a hunting truck. He's got some property south of where we live where it will live out the rest of its life. We plan on keeping the A/C but lopping off the back part of the truck and adding a rigged in bedliner to haul stuff. Exhaust is coming off almost completely thus far.
It will be rather sad to see it end this way, but at least the old smoker will be put to good use. I plan to document the complete closure/construction/destruction on digital film for sure. Plenty of pictures will be taken.
So if any of you need/want any 2 door pieces, let me know ASAP. De-construction starts the weekend after thanksgiving. Doors, interior pieces, rear glass, taillights, tailgate, tailgate glass, etc....anything. We're going to have some fun.
Oh, and anybody with a 4x4 who wants some Camaro wheels with good Goodyear GSC tires on them, let me know. 150 bucks plus shipping. Gonna need that money for a kill switch and a sawz-all.

I wish that were the case as well.
I'll keep you all informed as to what is going on. Tonight has gone from bad to worse with emails between my mom and my aunt. Can't wait to see what my aunt will say about what I wrote. I wasn't as kind as my mom was...and my mom was ****in' harsh.
Well, the rain has let up, time to check the Blazer to see if the door stayed shut. Ugh...I am so glad I have all of you as support. Regardless of what I end up with or what happens, I'll always be here.

This is one of my favorite sayings: "natural selection is gonna do quite a number on him/her". Seems to apply here.
