Because of Ike the trip from Houston to Austin took 5 hours. At about the 4 hour mark the AC was still making cold but was not blowing very much air - even on speed 4. I have had blocked evaporator drains on other makes of vehicles. Is this likely? It appears to me that the drain is the entire bottom of the evaporator enclosure. I pretty much always run the AC on max with the blower on 1. Is the system low on gas & the evaporator froze over? No I haven''t put gages on it coz I haven''t bought a new gage set or adapters for my old gage set.
