Air pump failure, test solenoids?

My '01 threw a P0410 code. A injection pump code.
 
I can't hear the impeller so I ordered a new air pump. It will arrive w/ teh relay too. The 3/4" hoses look very good.  
 
Any way of testing the solenoids while I'm under there? They are still riveted on.
