I can beat those two jackhammers with one 15" man...Those subs are only for show. They arent the biggest either. Hertz has a 24" sub, Hemp Acoustics has a 25" Tsuzukero sub, and Audiobahn had a 36" piece of junk back in the day...

like i said, who knows, casue im no expert they may have been amazing when they cam out but obivosly they can getg alot more punch out of smaller subs now

well knowing mtx proably, but in realitly probly not, there would be not point o it, thae amount of power needed for something that big.... o and the box...,.

no its not real, at least from opnion, the sum if u look clocly around the edges there is almost no rubber or watever it is that the cone is attacthed two, plus it looks like there are fake amps wrapped around it, but correct me if im wrong

IIRC is was not a production sub. But, it was a real sub that MTX built for one of thier dealers to compete in dB Drag with...

That wasnt a sub, its just an amp rack. And one 7'' monitor up front is enough, having a gaming system in a vehicle seems dumb to me.

not when it distracts your friends from rolling around in your bak seat becasue they just deank 4 cans of amped in under an hour lol

i would put money on it that you could, its not always the biggest size sub, it what kind of sub and power you got.  i have saw a 12" beat 18'' subs many times, one of our comps i beat a guy w/ 2- solo x 18's w/ my 8's.

haha wow what a great thread lol well as to the question originally asked i have mine mounted to the back of my box as do a lot of my friends and nothing bad has ever happend. i think only if ur pushin ur subs a lot and have a lot of power then it might be a bad for the amp to be mounted to the back of the box but otherwise its fine.

and with the cargo room i got my subs pushed up almost against the tailgate so i have some room behind the back seat to put stuff. heres a pic:

i have mine beside my box, not really mounted, that way it can get plenty of cool air. probably wouldn't hurt it in front of my box but i just rather have out it the open

i think if i have enough room im going to try to mount them on the sides of the box kind of at an angle. just not sure if ill have the room. may build one behind the box.
