Hey everyone I am new to the forums. I joined shortly after Butch joined i just took awhile to post. I have a 96 GMC Jimmy SLS, i know its not a blazer but its all good
, as of right now the only mods i have done are new tires, General Grabbers AT2. Will post some pics here soon. looking forard to learning alittle more and helping others when i can.

bravadas are the old ladies of SUVs and I was always under the impression that GMCs were built to be the workhorses while the CHevys were the everyday leaving the Olds to be the little snot

Nah, Chevies are the workhorses, GMC's are the business man's Chevy, and Oldsmoboats are the luxury Chevies.

Its a mute point with the s-series trucks... They're all the same underneith with the only differences being standard options. The Bravada's were the cream of the crop as far as standard options goes. You had to get a higher trim level GMC or Chevy to meet what was standard in the Bravada. And I actually liked the AWD system. Never once did I have a problem with it while out and about down back of my dad's farm. And I had my Bravada in quite a few places where they typically don't go... Heck, I just crossed a 2 foot deep creek with my Rainier a few weeks ago checking my stands. It was raining so the truck didn't look it when I got back home.

Hey all the little S-trucks are the same! Some prettier, or with more options, but all the same thing - better than a bronco!

I don't descriminate. LOL
I like my Blazer because the cosmetic parts were cheaper and easier to find, (headlights, signals, grille).
