anti-lock brake light and windows won't work

I have a 1997 4x4 4.3L Blazer.  Recently, I have been getting a strange problem.  For some reason, when my anti-lock brake light comes on, none of my windows will roll down.  This just started last night.  Last night, it was the reverse.  Every time I hit my window switch, my anti-lock brake and my emergency brake light both came on.  Today, however, my anti-lock brake light came on and none of my windows would go down.  It went off after about 10 minutes and my windows were fine.  I've seen this light go on and off randomly for about a month now, but it just started doing it real bad last night.  I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, but my car has just been randomly cutting out completely while I'm driving too.  Everything goes dead on it, like the battery becomes completely disconnected.  I just recently took it into the shop and they couldn't figure out why it was doing that.  They tapped into it with the computer and only got a problem with the oxygen sensor.  Any ideas what is going on here?
