Hi guys new here and wanted to ask a question.  I have a 2001 Blazer and noticed when the truck is off I have a decent size antifreeze leak.  It is not coming from the rad or hoses as I can see the antifreeze is dripping behind a pully.  My question is does the water pump have a pully attached to it?  if it does I think that is where the leak is coming from.  the truck currently has 94,000 miles on it and I do not believe the water pump has ever been replaced.  Thanks.

My best guess without looking at it is either the water pump or intake gasket leak.  From my experience, it is hard to see an intake gasket leak without pressure checking the coolant system

If it is the intake gasket, is there a risk of antifreeze in the engine?  As of right now, it is not sludgy. I think this leak has been there for about 4 days or so.

There is always the possibility, but usually, it is an external leak near the valve covers

If you see antifreeze dripping behind the pulley it probably is the waterpump. Take a small mirror and check the vent hole at the bottom of the water pump, if you see a drip or staining you need to change the pump.
Often when a water pump starts to leak it will do it after the engine has been shut off for a while and begins to cool. The inner seals swell with heat and seal, as the seals cool and shrink the leak occurs.

Agreed. ^

I just run my finger over the weep hole, if it comes up wet, water pump gets replaced. Plus I flush the system and replace the thermostat, and it might not be a bad idea to repalce the hoses as well. You got it apart, and the system drianed, might as well get it all in one fell swoop. Bit pricey up front, howver it will save you a ton of additional repairs down the road.
