Any Hope for my 95 Jimmy

My 95 Jimmy trans blew last year, I had it rebuilt on the bench by a local trans shop and the truck was never the same again. It makes a grinding noise and seems like something is way out of balance. The scum at the trans shop took the trans back and said it couldn''''t be in the trans. Another shop said it IS in the trans. It couldn''t be inspected due to running so badly. Transfer case seemed Ok when I had it out. It seems the shift points are Ok, but I think these crooks might have taken my good gears out and put bad ones in, I don''''t know. It was running fine when the trans blew, and fine when I managed to drive it up on ramps to drop the trans. I took a dead mouse out of the gas tank when I had that out- it must have been a junkyard tank. I cleaned mouse hair out of the fuel pump screen and put that all back in.
The trans pump seems to make a whining noise on decelleration. New heavy duty torque converter,new flex plate, not the vibration dampener. Maybe I should drop the trans and have somebody else go through it.
