yeah little snow but there is still time for alot more in chicago

We got some crazy freezing rain on Monday and when I went out Tuesday to scrape off the truck it took me about an hour. I think I had 1/4" of ice on the windshield. Now we have that crunchy snow under flaky snow. Feels a litle bit more like winter.

Gettin better but still could use more

You guys are welcome to all our snow, I made the stupid mistake of taking the car to work yesterday and it took me 7 attempts just to get out of my driveway.
I've been driving the truck so much and it handles like I'm on dry pavement, so I figured I shouldn't really have a problem with the car......wrong!

Supposedly we are supposed to get 2-5" starting around daybreak, cant wait winter took a break on us for 37 days.

That's great and about time!
I was starting to get embarassed, I've been posting snow pics since November.
BTW it was 52 degrees in the sunshine here today. Another couple of days like this and I should have a snow free driveway.

We had 37 days of high 40's temps some low 60's temps, we shouldnt have these warms temps, im not bitching cause its been nice working outside so far this season but it doesnt feel like winter here.

we got about 1.5-2" during the game in elgin.

We got lots of snow overnight, and I was all set to take a pic of it piled up on my truck, but my girlfriend, sweet thing that she is, had already cleared it off for me wehn I went outside to go to to work.

Maybe if I get a chance I'll take some of the snowpiles after I shovel the driveway after work. For some perspective on how much we got, I usually take 1/2 hr to get to work, today I took 1 hr 10 mins.

Cool, I am in Crystal Lake and we got about that much also.  Although you are only 25 min down the road.

that snow was great i had some fun

Here are three from yesterday's snow.  Wasnt much really light and fluffy. Now only if the ICE would stick around so I can get some fishing in this winter.

Here's the snow total for today... Even though it's +6 degrees celcius...

We got a bit more super fluffy stuff overnight...the kind where you don't have to clean your truck off. You know, you just get in, putthe wipers on and as you drive it flies off! Hopefully it sticks around and I can get some nice pics.

What's going on in the east. I heard you were getting snow and it's like spring on the west coast. Come on, post some pics!

We've got about a foot of matted down snow right now.  Hasn't really snowed in a few days.  But yeah, we're supposed to get pounded tonight and tomorrow.

We've been getting about an inch a day for the past 3 or so days, and this coming thursday, we're supposed to get more freezing rain! woohoo!

We're getting it pretty good right now in Niagara Falls.  Suppose to get 20cm between now and tomorrow afternoon then another 4 cm tomorrow afternoon so about 25 cm overall, but I will believe it when I see it.

I just finished shovelling about a foot and it's still coming down. It's supposed to go right on through the day.

I drove through a foot of snow in my driveway, but didn't have the light to snap some pics yet.  I'll try to get that done during lunch today.
