Hello guys, im new in the forum and i own a 92 s10 Blazer 4.3 vortec ...im just woundering what do u guys recomend for a major tune up ..cuz my engine has 192,000 miles on it and it feels kind of heavy or is just screaming for a real good tune up ...any tips or advice are appreciated...thanx
