OK, I just finished reassembling my blazer after replacing the lower ball joints. Drivers side flawless, on the passengers side the bracket for the brake pads is rubbing the outside of the rotor. The hub appears to be runnung true and I used torque wrenches so i dont think i bent anything. Unless my hub is not properly seated in the (Excuese terminology) bracket that the tie rod end and stabilizer connect to? Any ideas thanks.

Either the hub is not is not properly seated or the caliper mounting bracket is not flush with it's mounting surface.
Measure the distance from the axle nut to the end of the axle on both sides and compare. This may give you an idea if the hub is not fully seated.

Thanks, that was it, the hub wasnt seated prroperly. I guess i didn't get the big, thick, goofy gasket back in corectly and it held it out just enough.
Thanks again
