Good luck with that... Considering what you have done is illegal everywhere in the US...
With that said, you will mostlikely have to adapt something from a different application. Or just put a high flow cat back in and call it a day.

It was a bad idea, and yes, you committed a federal offense. However, I will answer your question. But if you get caught, I don't know you.
I'm assuming you have OBD-II. Most power programmers (such as SCTFlash X-cal 2) can be equipped to shut down the rear o2 sensors. You're other option is a "Mil eliminator" they are basically giant resistors. They are available on the internet. Google it. You solder them onto the rear o2 wires. AGAIN, I emphasize you have committed a federal offense, and any horsepower gains from doing so will prove to be minimal.
