Christmas bonus...WOW

So last year my x-mas bonus was only 75 bux. So thats what I was expecting the same or close to this year. Well I opened my check today and my x-mas bonus was freaken 200 bux!!! I'm so excited! Just WOW!

I'll be getting my bonus soon. Should be somewhere in the realm of 3% my base pay. I'll leave the rest up to everyone's speculation. I will say that it is more than enough to cover all gifts purchased and anything else that we do during the holidays!

Hmm well this is my first year working so I wonder if my work will give me a bonous. I work at Weathervane Seafoods so I will have to wait and see. If it is anything, I bet it will be less then $20...

Congrats, Ive gotten a few extra tips from my newspaper customers, not quite 200 yet, but I should get a few more.

I don't remember exactly what I got last year. It was either $200 or $300. I haven't gotten one yet this year. I did mention to my boss that I wanted a remote start for my van, since both bosses have it in theirs, plus the company van has one (I use my own van for work). Today he gave me one, so that was pretty nice.

try squeezing 200 bucks from 200 "bosses".

Ha I got $35 on my last pay check but it was taxed too

I don't get a christmas bonus because everyone else there except 2 other people(besides me) are jehovas whitnesses. It sucks. Last year I got like $75 for a "end of the year bonus". I have no idea if we are getting a bonus this year... :shrug:

Ya, we don't get bonuses here at my work anymore either. We traded those in for 5% raises every year.

my x-mas bonus is getting to be on pogy gotta love the trades, I make more on pogy than I did at my last job at the hog slaughtering plant. No x-mas bonus on either but can you guess, at the hog plant we got a crappy ham too,lol

I'm waiting for the first week of January when I do my taxes and get that nice FAT return. THAT will pay for some of my furniture and of course rent. hahah!! I have been double taxed for a year now because I work in NJ and live in NY. I'm moving to NJ so I wont have that anymore. But last year I had like five months of that double tax stuff and I got a HUGE return, so this year since its a full year of it, I cant wait to see what I am getting back!!!! :)

I got a bonus and it went right to the bank for bills... That 600 bucks came in handy.. I got it on the one week i didnt get paid cause of switchin to disability...

To think the hospital made 75 million dollars in profit this year and i only 600 bucks.. Well atleast i got something... Guess it adds up when there are 3500 employees...

every year I use my bonus to pay or buy something for this year Dec. 22 I be sending it all to Yamaha to pay off my 4 wheeler. I'd rather buy another toy for me, but if I don't that stupid Yamaha financing is going to jop to 18 or 19% in Feb. Buyers beware that 69 a month crap is BS

How does that stuff work? I always thought it was a scam. But how much does it go up and what not?
