cigarette lighter

how do i take the cigarette lighter outlet out of its little plastic housing? it broke and i m trying to replace it but i cant get the outlet out of the plastic piece

start by unpluging it. Stick a finger into it were the lighter goes to hold the sleeve still. Now grab the back and twist.
