What would be the easyest way to replace the yellow corner/turn lights with clear lense/ yellow bulb lights? Can I get at them from inside the wheel wells? Or under the bumper maybe?

Question #2: How hard is it to wire fog lights? Could I just stick them in the tow hook openings and splice them into the head light wires? Or would that short out the system? My silverstars are 65 or 55watts a pop @ 12.8 volts....thats like 5 amps so if I put in 50watt fog lamps it might spike to 10 amps.... I wonder if its a 10amp fuse or a 7.5?.....

EDIT: PS I have a 2000 2dr 4x4.

I don't know about the fog lights but the clear turns are EASY to replace. I'll double check on how to replace them...it's been a while since I changed mine out.

Thanks for any help. I think they are an easy exterior improvement.....something about yellow lights and red paint.....

Clears are EASY to install. I just did mine about 3 weeks ago. Here is how to do it:
1. Remove the tabs that hold in the headlights.
2. Remove bulbs from headlights.
3. Once headlights are removed, remove bulbs from turn signals.
4. To remove turn lenses, turn them away from the truck (Ex. If removing passenger side swing out to the left).
**It may seem like you are going to break them...but don't worry they won't break!!**
5. Change bulbs to amber.
6. Remove grill. (This aids in the re-installation of headlights)
7. Install new lenses.
8. Re-install headlights.
9. Re-install grill.
10. Test lights and you're done!!

Took me about 30 minutes to do mine. It's an easy upgrade the dramatically improves the exterior appearance. As far as the fog lights go I have NO idea.

^^^ WTF? dude, it seriously takes like 30 seconds to switch out turn signal bulbs on our model blazers. all you do is remove headlights (by pulling 2 retainer clips out), then reach down and remove bulb on turn signal housing. you dont need to unplug the headlights or remove grill. its seriously freakin easy as hell.

He's changing lenses, not just bulbs.

it doesnt matter. its still easy and fast. the turn signal housings are held in by 1 clip. it takes all of 1 more second to take the housings out.

Get Silverstar replacement bulbs for the turn signals. They are a clear/blue color so they look good with the clear lenses, but turn amber when activated so you are still legal.

95 Blazer with sealed headlights you just remove the two torx screws and the corner pops out, untwist the bulb assembly, remove clear bulb, install amber bulb, pop clear corner in, put screws back in. Shouldnt take much more than 10-15 minutes. I got mine for $30, but that was a few years back, theyre much cheaper now.

for the newer blazers (which you have by your picture), just pull the grill off

you may have to pull hard but don't pull it too far so you don't pull out the wiring on the bulbs,
2. take the bulbs out of the corners lights (very easy, just turn to the side then pull),
3. pull the corners out of the grill
4. put new corners in
5. and definitely get some silverstar bulbs, otherwise the amber from the bulb casing shows through on the clear corner, with the silverstars the bulb is chrome so you can't see it (check out my gallery if you want a looksee)

to reassembly, just put everything back where it came from

nah mine headlight and clear corner is one entire piece. I've read about the oven trick but have been reluctant to try it, just was wondering if there was another way.
