Compatibility 1992/93 to a 1994

Hi there,

Anybody here which can tell me how similar the Blazer S10 SUV''''''''s are?

I own a 1994 S10 4WD 4 door Engine is a WIN-Z 4.3 litre with 2 worn out rear axle shafts :( and a couple other snitches such as 4WD shift motor switch failure. Apart from that everything in very good conditions. I cannot afford a new car and plan on running mine another couple years. Able to work on it myself labour is no factor. Have come up with some solutions of mine e.g. hoses to-from oil cooler/filter which work nicely ;)

Now the question for the pro''''''''s:

As a 2nd hand Blazer will cost me around 2''''''''500 to 3''''''''000 $ i plan buying another one for parts.
I need to be a bit more specific. Assuming that the car is the same with the same engine as for the first digits of the serial no. are the same except for the year e.g. 1 GNDT 13 ZXR and then you find a 1 GNDT 13 ZXN

How compatible are the cars of different years in the range from 1992 to 1994 in regard to:

- Drivetrain
- Steering assy
- Suspension (torsion bars)
- Engine parts (A/C, Water pump, etc.)
- Control boxes
- Body parts (fenders, tailgate)

Any input very welcome and as a couple cars are handy but I risk them being sold for export you can guess I''''''''m interested in knowing soon.
