I recently had a little problem in my computer that unfortunatley deleted such programs as Paint, wordpad and the games like solitare and stuff. Anyone know how to reload that stuff back on the computer? Or else somewhere on the internet to download it? I can do without the games and stuff, but I used paint a lot to edit images and stuff I post here on the BF.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check out download.com. You can usually find something there. I had a problem with Paint and Wordpad also and had to delete them. I don't remember where I got it, but if you Yahoo or Google it, you can probably find it. As a replacement for wordpad, and because I didn't feel like dishing out the dough to buy microsoft word, I downloada Jarte for free. I'll try and find out where I got it from if you'd like. Let me know if you need help.

If you have your original install disc, you can do it that way. but try this, go to start-control panel-add/remove programs. then on left hand bar, click on add/remove programs. all of those should be listed there.

Assuming Windows XP here... If you have the windows disk, then go to Control Panel -- Add/Remove Programs -- Add/Remove Windows Components. Once the window pops up, you'll have to click on 'Accessories and Utilities' then click 'Details'. Click on 'Accessories' then 'Details' again. Paint will be down at the bottom. Games were on the 'Accessories and Utilities' page.
