There should be kits available from the major 4x4 supply companies. Just do a google. If you are really mechanical you could look at local recycle/wrecking yard to see if any older 4x4 large front axles have manual hubs and remove them and install them on your truck...but the best bet is the kits...

We have a number of 4X4 specialty shops around my area, so that's where I go.
It's not a big deal to change them over to manual hubs, I've changed to manual on my '85.
The hubs come packaged with an exploded view instruction page, I do one side at a time and I have a habit of laying all the parts out in the order that they come apart. ('cause I have a short memory)
I am very happy with my manual hubs. I service them once a year.

Wished it could get manual hubs for this IFS setup...don't trust the vacuum/cable mechanism after reading all the problems with leaks and such failing at the wrong time...could at least make the vacuum lines a little heartier or metal...

^ Hanr3 made a "How to" post some time ago with pics and step by step instructions on how to change your vacuum system over to a manual cable system.

Are thes kits the same for the 1977 Blazer front hubs? Just was reading and thought I would ask? I am wanting to do the same.
