I'm working on a 95 Blazer with the 4.3 and (thanks to everyone who posts here) I'm replacing the fuel pressure regulator. I've got everything apart but I was looking at the individual injectors and how they clip in - mine don't have any o-rings. Are there supposed to be o-rings there or have mine just fallen apart over time?
Just to be clear, I'm not talking about the "nut kit" lines - I know there's supposed to be o-rings there. I mean at the tip of each individual injector head. Napa and partsamerica both don't seem to have a listing for them so I'm wondering if there are none. Thanks!

I think you are looking at the ends of the poppet nozzles that clip into the intake manifold. Yes? If so, there are no O-rings on the ends of the poppets. The O-rings that people typically might refer to are on the injectors themselves that are in the fuel metering body itself.

Thanks! Poppets...that's exactly the word I was looking for.

I'm about to replace the fuel pressure regulator in my '95 Blazer 4.3L also. Could you please look at the post I put up today 9/16/07 and tell me what you think? Also what band of fuel pressure regulator did you use? I purchased one from Parts America, it's a Dorman 55162. Please let me know how you make out with the process. If you have any helpful hint's it would be appreciated. Thanks
