Since only getting this SUV not more then 1 day ago,and getting flashed at by almost every other vehicle on my way home last night. I really want to change my lights and piss them of even more and give them a reason.

I need to know, Do I need the headlights or can I Just get the Xenon set-up and take out the old bulbs and put these in my headlights.

I have a full set on hold from a 00 Envoy but don't know if I need the headlights. Told him to just take everything off the SUV before it gets crushed on Monday.

For $50 I can't complain but don't want them just sitting around here if I don't need them

You will need everything, ballasts and all from the Envoy, but do make sure that you have them aimed properly.  Not having them aimed properly is just irresponsible.

It would help to know what you have???

*EDIT* from your other posts, you have a 2002 Jimmy so yeah, you will need the headlamp housings, bulbs, ballasts, and probably will want ot get the whole wiring harness up front if you can.

I would check to make sure that your current headlights are mounted to the radiator core support properly.  If the bottom tabs do not make it into the slots in the core support, the lights will be way high, possibly causing other motorists to be blinded.
