So i recently got a SES light and I had my father check it with his scan tool. Turns out its a "secondary" air pump. used to keep the lean smell out. Something like that.
My question is.
How hard is it to fix. The light is bugging the hell out of me.

They still havd air pumps in '99. I thought those went away int eh first gens?
Teh air pump pumps air into the exhaust system for emission purposes. I dont fully understand it, however from what I do understand its eaither a hole in the hose, the air pump is bad, or the ontrol valve is bad. Don't quote me on this though.
