exhast manifolds on sbc conversion

i have a 91 jimmy with a 3in body lift and a sbc conversion installed. what exhast manafolds will work for me, as it is an older 350, 305 manafolds will not work for my aplication as the passanger side does not has the wide rear exahst port  mounting hole.
