Exhaust question

Im am new to the site and to the blazers, I have a 96 blazer 4dr ls 4x4, My question is about the catalytic, we dont have any emission tests here, I want to remove my cat, but being obdII i have the downstream sensor, does anyone know about the module thing that tricks the sensor, I also heard you can even cut the wires and splice them together if it is two wire sensor.  If there is a module does anyone know who makes it, and if there is not has anyone tried the magnaflow hi-flow oboII cat? sorry its more then one question.
