Jon, the fact you know that scares me a lil. both that you remember that, and you know who they are.

they were a pop band. I think nick lachey was in them.

AKA Mr. Jessica Simpson

I remember that song came out about a year before the big "boy band boom"... That song got a bit of airplay for about 5 minutes, but it wasnt until the nsync backstreet stuff happened that I heard anything else fromt them again. That era is best forgotten... Now the kids are into "emo" these days,, a much better style in my opinion.. at least they play instruments. I like a lot of the Christian Hard rock.. quite a few of those emo style punk bands are of that Genre... (Blindside, Underoath, Eleventyseven), just about anything on the "Tooth and Nail" record label is alright with me.

Yea,, sure....

Anyway I thought of a better answer for a song I like that I should be embarrased of liking.. Have you heard the rap song "Milkshake" that weird song that goes my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard etc..blah blah.. I found a band from New Zealand, a punk rock band with guys in it, they did a cover of the song,, I found it funny at first, naturally, but now Ive been known to blare this song proudly,, lol... And I hate hip-hop btw...

Here is a link to that bands myspace.. the song is on there...

Well, I like to listen to a few songs from starship, and there might be one or two songs from Michael Bolton that might be ok....

hands down, I love LINKIN PARK!!!! they are the best band out there.

Classics:
1) Baywatch theme
2) A-team theme
3) Knight ryder theme

ok embarrased to admit that i like:
1) (fresh prince of bel-air, carltons song) "its not unusual" sung by michael bolton (i do believe)
2) The righteous brothers-"youve lost that lovin feeling"

and proud to admit i like:
1)Jay-z- "big pimpin"
2) linkin park anything
3) "danger zone"

I too am a proud linkin park fan...

Not too keen on "Jayhova" though, Generally I find rap annoying... Although I appreciate the creativity (somewhat), its usually just too vulgar. Im pretty hypocritical on the subject, since a lot of the rock I listen to is of equally questionable integrity.

Fresh Prince of Bel Air? LOL, I loved that show.

Oh,, and btw "I wanna know what love isssss... I want you to show meeeee..."--- Who sings that one?

And one more question... Is it against the rules to have a Ford product as my avatar???

1. Whoever sings the popular songs from the Coyote Ugly soundtrack (I think it's Leanne Rimes?)
2. Michael Buble

In general my fave music is rap & r&b but since I worked at a music store for 4 years I've learned to like just about everything. If you saw my library of music on my computer your would be very surprised.

I'm normally into hard rock, so to say that I like some Avril and Kelly Clarkson would probably fit the "embarrassed to tell" bill. haha

Well, I am going to date myself and no doubt most of you will have no clue.

My favorite band/group is without a doubt, Frank Zappa. Frank died in '93. Of the 50 or more albums he wrote, produced, and sold under his own private record label (Barking Pumkins), there might be one or two songs of his that actually made it onto the radio.

REO speedwagon, Air Supply, Phil Collins. Yea kinda cheesy, but great vocals...probably most embarassing ones I like. oh and Chicago too.

The ones I listen to now is like Rammstein (don't know what they are saying, probably don't want to know) ACDC, The Eagles, Metallica, and the best is: Good ole SMOOTH JAZZ. and some country too. So I'm really a mix in music preferrablilty

No, you dont want to know what Rammstein is saying, I say this with great certainty.. I listened to them all through high school (bored with them now)

Name some songs you like. Ill give you the gist of their meanings.. I might get censored before my 10th post :)

Fire Frei is good as well as Asche Zu Asche, Sonne, Engel, Wo Bist Du, Amerika, Morgenstern, Zerstoren, Ich Will, Ohne Dich and Mein Teil

Edit: Now that I think about it, they make a lot of songs I like. There's also: Mein Herz Brennt, Rosenrot, Seemann, Mutter, Heirate Mich, Herzeleid, Feuer Und Wasser, and Reise Reise, except I'm not a huge fan of the guitars on that one...

Mos Def - Ms. Fat Booty.

Dont let the title throw you off. Great beat!

Its got that kinda jazzy beat to it. Uses an actual Bass like the one u can play! and of course drums
