First Buck

Well yesterday was the last day for deer season and after 5 years of hunting I finally bagged my first buck at the age of 17!

I got it in Franklin County, PA at Letter Kenny Army Depot.
18 1/2 inch spread on the inside
135 pounds - dead weight
8 Point
Pretty darn good for a first buck if i so say so myself!

The one on the left is my dad's, an 8 point too. He wont admit it but i think i beat him

Nice looking deer ya got there. Went out of alomst 2 weeks straight and didn't see much of anything. This year def. sucked for hunting.

I went hunting every weekend almost and I didnt see any deer or hear a thing. You are one lucky guy man...I wish I could have shot a deer like that.

well, i got this one about an hour ago. had a huuuuuge exit wound, and i still can't find where it went in. shot it with 240 grain muzzle loader with a 50 cal bullet.
