New to the forum just wanted to say hi ..I am the proud owner of 1998 4door 4x4 blazer with 170000 on it .It has original motor and trans still runs strong .Just keep up on routine maitenance and dont play to hard all the time..No mods as of yet except 235-75-15-Bf A/T K.O I have a bad multi function switch but have grown occustom to it .lol Just turn some tunes up!!!Also have a cracked rear bumber corner thxs to a silly drunk.Well i look forward to some insight from you all ...Thxs P.S will get pics up soon

Welcome. I live in Appleton, WI but go to school at Michigan Tech University up in Houghton, MI (the Upper Peninsula) So I am a little far away from you but whatever MI is pretty sweet.

3 of my friends are going to MTU next year, I heard you guys have a pretty large off-roading group up there?

Yeah there is a pretty big off roading group up there, like 70 members and 20 that are pretty active in it. I have gone out once with them last spring for the stock truck run which was lots of fun. Got to learn how to off-road better and found out my truck could do more than I thought with smoother highway all season tires.
