alot colder than -30 with the wind......was -42*C this weekend, thats including the wind..........its a mere -32*C today.......And I work outside 9 hours a day!!!
Edit: Us saskatchetonians got it purdy darn easy this winter, usually we get some -50ish weather in Jan and Feb. yet to see that......thats when you go to sit down in ur ride and it feels like a stack of text books(seat froze solid), and then you go to drive away, and its thud, thud, thud......square tires....but that was my cavalier.....oh canada!

im in winston near greensboro nc, and it was 17F this mornin when i got up to take my brothers to school at 7:30. no biggy. factor in wind chill and you get a real feel of about 5F. i got a Cooper wool jacket, leather sleeves, and a carharrt toboggan and hot cup of coffee so no biggy. then i sat down. *EXPLETIVE* my *expletive* was cold. but i mean hey ur *expletive* warms up in a few minutes right. not when u dont have heat. thats the good part. the high today was 36F. some of yall may think thats warm but us north cackalackians figure thats pretty *expletive* cold down here in the foothills.

If you want to factor in the wind it was -45F (so like -60C?) Saturday morning here. Saturday night was really cold to I didnt check. Today is a little warmer its like 0 and -14 wind chill, and its only 10:30 at night so it will get colder. And Im probaly 400-500 miles south of you.

It's pretty toasty here, actually, and snowing! YAY FOR MORE SNOW! muwahahahahaha!
it's currently -12*C/1.4*F
with the wind, it's -18*C/0.4*F
The coldest I've ever been in, was -57 or -58*C (-70.6 or -72.4*F), something like that, before the wind... luckilly, there's never much wind when I've been outside at -40 and colder (-40 is -40, it's exactly the same in *F or *C)
But it doesn't really get that cold this far south, which is kinda nice... But you can't see the northern lights worth poop down here! Though, I really miss the 24 hour daylight in the summers...

24 hour daylight?!?!?! you musta been in the arctic, right? up there you can spit and it freezes before it hits the ground......absolutly beautiful northern lights here
when its cold enough to freeze tires sqaure......stay home!!!

no no....I lived in Marquette, MI (look it up) in the summer we had daylight from about 4 am until 12pm....(didn't get really dark until 12) the winters were just the opposite..only about 5 hours of daylight...made for nice long summer days!
