Hehehehe, two of our admins don't have an s-series.
I like the truck Pat! AFM is the way to go. My dad wants one bad but there is something about the front bumper he can't get past... but I like them!

Okay, here we go:
Lift kit, Tires, Exhaust, Performance Chip...........
Haha...Just kiddin'. Stock should suffice for a little while.

Very nice Pat. I think we can excuse that its not an s-series being that its still a Chevy. I wish i had me a new truck like that. I just can afford another car payment right now, LOL.
Just curious, i see you got the locking rear diff but is there no 4x4????? Whats the fun in that? LOL. At any rate nice choice man. Hope it treats ya well.

It says at the top of the link that it's a short-bed 4x4.

Pictured is a extended cab shortbed 4x4 LTZ... His truck is a extended cab short bed 2wd LT...

Wow. Then, I agree Rob.

Geez... You guys are harsh... Be glad for the man!
And a locking rear diff in a 2wd in conditions where it would be used is still better than an open diff.

By no means am I bashing...... I drool over the '07 Silverados and Sierras everytime I pass one. GMC definitely got things right this year by the way. I would love a new truck like that. Congrats!
Those doors on that Extended Cab are exactly what I want.

That thing is SHARP! And hey, what's all the grumbling about, it's still a chevy at least lol.

Looks great! I like 'em a whole lot better with body color bumper corners instead of chrome.

I love the new '07 Designs as well!
And the best part is, ALL '07 and newer Chevy and GMC trucks have AFM (From what I hear, 6.2L Caddies don't get it....)
The scary part is, my boss' new VortecMAX does better on gas than my Blazer, lol.
The only thing stopping me from getting one of these is... No manual transmission! Otherwise I'd have gotten one of those instead of my Blazer, lol...
Congrats on the new truck! They're wicked to drive!

I love it, and for all you haters givin me crap about not having an S-series, I have probably owned more s-series trucks than 99 % of you!!! (5 blazers, and three s-10s to be specific!)
To add 4 wd, that added about 10 grand to the price, more to have it equipped like mine!!
I love it. Its going in on monday to have the dupont clearcoat and rustproofing on, then mud time!!!
and Jenn, my truck was made in the 'shwa!!

Hey, I'm being nice. Actually i really like the truck and i dont fault ya for getting a 2wd drive at all. Ends up being cheaper and most of the vehicles ive come across ride smoother as a 2wd vs 4wd. Plus with a locker you a step ahead of me.

It'll do wicked in the winter, then! lol.
For some odd reason, the Canadjun built GM products seem to do better in the cold than their American or Mexican counterparts...
