lost keys need help

i lost the keys and im wonderin if there is any other way to start the car.its a 86 blazer

I had a buddy how lost his keys and it costed him like $60 to get them replaced from the dealership but he had a caddy with the little black thingy on the key so that's why it costed him more money. I'd say locksmith or dealership to get them replaced.
