i have a gas leak in my 85 blazer. i was wondering what is the best way to trace it to i can fix it. its not bad enough to where it leaves a puddle. but deff bad enough to where i can tell on my gas gauge if i leave it sit for a day!

Lite a match...  Just kidding!!  DO NOT do that!

Anyway, does it leak when its sitting?  If so, then I would concentrate your efforts on the fuel tank.  You may want to just drop it and inspect it.  Replacement tanks are available, but I have also used the fiberglass repair kits on a few vehicles.  Held up quite well surprisingly.

park it on a flat surface, put some cardboard under it, if you park it in the garage leave the side door open so the fumes don't build up
