About a month ago i realized my blazer had a exhaust leak, it was only in the back pipe behind the muffler. So I decided i would just cut the pipe off after the muffler, and thats when I realized my blazer had no CAT.
Is that normal for a 85' Chevy S10 Blazer 2WD? (because I know not all cars have a CAT, so I was just wondering)

It should have had a cat , the guy that owned it before you probably took it off ...
