My Engine is CRAZY

Hey guys i have a 2001 LT 4x4, it has about 76.5 k miles on it. I've kept up with my maintence (oil changes every 2,800 miles) except for the rear end which i'm going to swap the fluid out tomarrow. I did a min tune up with new belt , plugs , cap rotar, the wires i left alone as well as the pcv. I notice at idle my car has a tremor. I dont think its missing cause nothing it going on with rpms nor is it rough just enough to feel it. Also I think its lost some power. When I accelerate it hesitates then it will. I'm stumped I've checked codes but nothing came up. Also the car is noise when it starts up, like a taping noise. This could be the lifters i dont know if its normal ill try to get a sound clip tomarrow. I do have to admit I love my blazer and i do drive it kindof tought, not redlining it or racing it but the occasional peel out or when accelerating at a stop to about 3k.



Here are some of the mods I've done.

Throttle Plate Mod - Involved cutting the restricter plate off the intake. I dont think this is it cause the car has had the tremor problem before.
Flowmaster 40 series with no pipe after the muffler - Not Enough Backpressure ?
Cold Air Intake

Did you go over the firing order and make sure the wires are in the correct spot?

 Its easy to cross em especially with a cramped underhood like yours.
