Need a pick me up!

Sorry to everyone. But i just need alittle pick me up. Ex was just here to get his bike and swim suit. I didn't think that it would bother me that much but it did. I couldnt even go out to see him. I mean yea i cared about him but he didn't mean nearly as much as my ex (the fiancee) before that. I mean i have been rejected twice this year. Is it me? It can't be. I'm a great girl. AAAAAAHHHHHHHH i could cry. Then when he came for his bike he talked to my dad and informed him that he talked to the ex fiancee and he got a crotch rocket. Now i'm affraid that something is goin to happen to him. I have to stop worrying. I need to move on. I let him bring me down, neither of them........I just need to vent. Thanks for atleast listening.

Break ups are hard, I'm a poster child for that. Surround yourself with friends and keep yourself busy, that's the best thing you can do.

Its hard when the friends that i have are shared. And my best friend is at college. I beep her but its not that same.....But i try. I have my brother and thats a big help. We decided to watch a movie, dukes of hazzard......

Family is always a help as well. My ex basically took over all of my male friends since she had the power of P and they all leg humped her whenever possible. I found out quickly who my real friends were and who my shallow friends were who just wanted to hook up.

I know it's a played out statement, but everything does happen for a reason. After I got a divorce, I was at the lowest point in my life I could have ever been. I didn't trust anyone and I basically gave up, becoming a huge skeptic of everyone I met. I'd date occasionally, but it never meant anything and never progressed very far. Only after I truely gave up and got tired of being hurt did I get thrown together with my current girlfriend. I was blindsighted by the whole thing since I never expected to meet anyone even 1/64th as awesome and selfless as she is.

So the moral is that you should just bide your time and hang in there. It's normal to feel like you do and you honestly need some healing time. Surround yourself with family, friends and distractions (a certain car project might come to mind) and you'll be on your way. Don't convince yourself that you have to go out and look for anyone, just focus on yourself for right now. When the time is right, it will happen and you'll be happy again.

Flowmasta - A sure thing, maybe on some occations. but i dont think it would work for her, she doesnt need no clean, street truck like yours (no offense) - she needs a truck that likes to get dirty and isnt scarred of going all the way in..................................um.........that could sound a lil off, anyhow.....

get busy with something and the rest will come. Like i said before, i always play with my truck. I even got an offer to join a local SPL drag team this morning. So remember, good things will come - people like you always deserve good things to come.

Thank you, i am better today. Its just last nite was tough. Not only was i bored, i was depressed. I feel somewhat better today....

glad your feeling better hunni and sorry i didnt see this till now, but i do know how you feel. more then 3/4 of my friends are all shared and its really hard when you need one of them and they just cant be there for you even if you want them to.

well listen, we all arent on here very long together but we're starting to come together as a little family and that in my opinion is perfect. its what i wanted out of this site and was hoping would be happening.
