Need Clarification on 4x4 Transfer Case Switch

I'm sorry I had to start a new thread about a topic that's been beaten to death, but I need a new transfer case switch (3 vacuum connectors...right?) for my 97 Jimmy. It's got the 3 buttons (2wd, 4hi, 4lo). I've replaced the 4wd actuator and I believe this is the culprit. Can someone link me to, or provide the part number for the correct switch I should be buying?
