Okay, I'm new to this site (but not forums or cars in general). I'm Jacob R. from Trenton, NJ, and have, for the past year, owned a 1995 Mazda MX-6 KLZE (5-speed lightly tuned). Just recently, I got (for free) a 1992 Blazer that's in fairly bad shape (Vortec V6, AWD, ABS, Auto-tranny). I have pics on DCT -
http://clubdc.dctuner.com/album.php?user_id=21. I am a photographer for TeamXXX, VolitileImportPerformance, and LITuner. Hopefully, I'll get started on the Blazer soon. If any of you have suggestions, help, etc it would be appreciated!
Thanks, and hopefully, this project will go along smoothly, and I'll have her in road-worthy shape by September.

Hi and welcome. Get a headlight for that driverside. I would check the steering linkages for slop and the ball joints too. Drain and refill fresh fluids to the diffs, T case, tranny...
Escalade front clip. ZR1 rear roll pan... J/K.

lol.
Already getting started. Unfortunately, the junkyards are closed today, but I saw a similar-gen Blazer at a junkyard in Freehold.
I have more pics of the damage... I'll be needing a new driverside door, hood (you can't see it in the pics, but it's really badly damaged) as well as turn signals and bumpers. There's a reason I got it for free, after all.

also try
www.junkyarddog.com which will help you with your hunt. they have a request form and the junkyards actually email YOU to let you know what they have for you. :)
Welcome and stick around... I'm just getting started on a system for my blazer... :)
