Hi guys, my name is Joe, I happened to stumble along to your great forum. The last Chevy forum I went to and posted a greeting like this, I got yelled at and basiclaly kicked out. Well anyways I hope that doesnt happen here. I have a 1996 Chevy S10/Blazer 2wd, with the 4.3l Vortec engine. Has nice power. But now im looking to lift it and make it off-roady, and pre-runner like. I was planing on doing about a 4" lift upfront and doing a 3" lift in the rear to give the look of a pre-runner, and then throwing some BFG Mud Terrains under it, and also getting a rear locker and new bumpers and what not. Since it is 2wd I still want to go off-road and hit some trails, but I was just thinking of a way I could get some junkyard parts and making it a 4wd. Other then that the truck is awesome, and only has 81,000 miles on it. Runs great, other then my "Service Engine Soon" light has been on. I ran the codes on it, and I forget the numbers but it said the fuel mixture was rich in bank one and bank two. So im thinking that maybe it is either a loose hose or connection some where, my O2 sensors, my fuel injector, or the MAF sensor. Not sure yet. The other day it went off, until I got on the freeway and at about 60mph it went back on. Well I will stop here and post this somewhere else, im sure this isnt the place. But anwyays I like what I see on your forum. Thanks guys......

Welcome to the club. Don't know what site you were a member at and they said that to you but you don't have to worry about it here. I watch the forum and all the threads almost everyday to make sure everyone isn't having any problems, etc. If you have a problem, let me know and I'll take the neccesary steps. But I hope you find the help you need for your project. We're still getting the site up and running and adding new things, so feel free to suggest ideas (there is an area on the bottom for it).
