are most of your members owners of new or old Blazers?
I have an 84and I'm getting ready to lift it...so I'm looking for suggestions/advice on lift kits for older blazers...

New or Old, it doesn't matter here. A Blazer is a Blazer as well as any other platform that we share with. Best bet, go into the suspension thread and post any lifting questions that you have have there. Welcome to the club!

I've got a 78' K5 and I'm wondering how much lift is required to run 40" mudders. If you run accross this info go ahead and throw up a post and let me know. I'm thinking I need at least 8" of lift, but I might need 10" to 12". If it requires more than 8" there will be issues I can already tell, with the driveshafts mainly. Big angle problems.
