Hey,
As you can tell I'm new to the forum.
My name is Eli and I reside in Southeastern Kentucky.
My ride is a 2001 Blazer LS, two door, 4-wheel drive, 5-speed (my favorite part about it). It has been a little troublesome for me, had it about a year and already went through a couple fuel pumps, a wheel bearing, and the vaccuum switch needs replacing on the 4x4 system. Other than that, it's a strong running machine, and I still like it.
I've not done many mods to it, the ones I have done just include the stereo. I put in a Pioneer Deh-7700 cd player to replace the stock tape player. In the front doors I have Blaupunkt TSc-650 components, and in the back I have an Infinity Basslink 10" sub. It isn't much, but I like it anyway.

That was on one of the cleaner trips too. Never seem to have a camera handy when I go out for some real fun.
I look forward to being a member on this site, it seems to have my kind of people on it. Those that don't care to get their vehicles a little dirty from time to time. I hate paying all that extra money for 4-wheel drive and not getting any use out of it, just doesn't make sense to me.

Well, not ALL of us in here seem to be the "get my truck dirty" kinda guys (you know who you are, you mini-truckers!), but they are still good guys.
I had to laugh because my girlfriend washed her new Jeep for the first time since she bought it just a few months ago, and it's still filthy
My Blazer is just filthy because of teh snow we had last week and you can already tell they pussies put salt on the roads for ONE day of LITTLE snow...don't they know I am already rusting away?

I guess I can let the mini-truckers slide then, lol. Just so long as they are still a pretty good bunch of people.

Nothing wrong with keeping em clean, it just got so impossible to do around here so I've just about give up, lol.
There are so many strip mines, and coal trucks around here that it's winds up being impossible to keep way from getting covered in dust and mud all the time. So I've just decided to embrace the dirtyness
