I'm a newbie from Charleston, SC. Honestly I've never owned a GM product. I've "inherited" this through my girlfriend and have logged on to get some maintenance tips.
Don't boo me too much or cast me into the fire but I owned 3 Rangers before I bought my Toyota Tacoma four years ago, which I still have (

You shouldn't feel out of place in any way, the first GM product I ever owned was my Blazer, all I ever owned before was Mopars.
