Hi Guys, thought I'd introduce myself and my truck. I'm from Nottinghamshire in the north of the UK and recently bought myself a '79 K5 truck that has been modded a little. She's running a 350 lump, has a flip front, modified bed and runs on 39x18x15 Mickey Ts. There's lots to do to get her tidied up for the shows in the spring/summer, but I'm very pleased with the purchase. I'd love to hear your views and from anyone in the UK.

That is one KICK ASS blazer right there!
Did you buy it in this state or did you do some of the work yourself? Does it ever see the offroading conditions it was outfitted for?

Thanks for the positive replies guys. I bought the truck in the condition you see it in and no it ain't seen mud yet! To be honest most of the offroading areas over here aren't geared to these bigger vehicles - even just driving it around the local roads takes some balls! There's plenty more to be done just to tidy it up and make it driver better .....watch this space!

Nice truck and I thought mine was big,
I'm from the UK too the Shetland islands
mines a 350cid 700r4 on 31" 3"lift

Here's one for ya. Its sitting on 38 inch Super Swamper Boggers. Done up 350 TPI 350th, Dana 60's front and rear, lockers front and rear, Home built 4link coil over front suspenssion. Rarely gets stuck.

Also, you need to not link to the thumbnailed images from Photobucket. You can tell its a thumb by the
th_ before the actual image name.
