I got it from EverythingSUV.com (lowest priced Surco supplier I could find).  It's the 40x60 one, but I see now they've got a 4'' tall and a 5'' tall one..I have the 5''.  Also you will need a set of mounting clamps to grip the GM rack (runs like $80).  It'll hold a couple hundred pounds up there, a very good quality rack

or if ur good at fabin stuff up u could make one  i plan on making one similar to wolfpack's just pm him

Yea I've got pretty extensive dimensions for anyone with access to a welder.  I just don't have that talent, so $300 wasnt a bad deal for me 

Well I think that this project that started out like a good idea and turned into a nightmare is finally going to come to an end. I had to put the truck back together, because I had no ride to work. While I was driving, I decided that I am going to avoid all trouble situations and suck it up, pay the money and have a pro do it. I am droping the truck off on thursday at Jacksonville 4X4 to get the bodylift put on ($200) getting the new tires ($400) mounted at the local tire shop ($40) putting the shackles on tonight (free). And then I will finally be done at the total cost with parts and labor at $700 give or take a few bucks. Not too bad if I do say so myself seeing asthough the tires, shackles, and bodylift alone at retail should be more than that. Plus they are all BRAND NEW. For whatever reason it wasn't showing the pics in this thread so I put them in my photo album if anyone is interested.

I think im gonna try to get my friend to help me do my BL. Hes a GM mechanic and we can use the shop on saturday
Plus i dont have a welder (would i need one for a 2" BL?).

I'm not sure for a 95, but I know that you don't for an 01.

i'm pretty sure a body lift does NOT need a welder. i dont see as how any welding would be needed

The steering extension piece might need to be welded in..

hmm never thought of that ya i'm not to sure. ik a lot of work goes into a body lift but not fully sure of what exactly is changed and stuff seeing as i havent done one yet

There is nothing that changes with the steering all the kits that www.performanceaccessories.com makes. They design them so that they just bolt on with minor fab work on the bumpers and fuel extensions. They are really solid kits.

wow ok thats cool that u dont have to do much. bolt on type of installs r always good

I wouldn't say that you don't have to do much, because my instructions were over 30 pages long. Thats why I decided to pay someone to do it. I dont want to take the risk of me screwing something up and then be screwed. It might be easier for yours since its an older model. I know that my old truck was super easy to do the B.L. Not the blazer though.
