Problem with bottom park lights

Ok here is the scoop. I took out the bottom park lights ( the rectangle ones in the bumper) and cut the three wires that go to them. I took them out to install hidaway strobe bulbs. My problem is my left signal on my dash stays on when i turn my headlights on and my park lights in with my turn signals dont work. How can i bypass to get my parking lights to work and get the light to go off on my dash?
