99 4X4 auto transmission 4.3 L Vortex.
I live in TX, last summer I noticed my Blazer having a shifting issue (popping into second gear at 10 MPH) during the summer when it got above 95 out side. Only happened a few times, Well summer is back and it is happening again. Had absolutly no problems this past winter. I notice it happens when I have driven on the freeway and then return to side street driving. When I turn off the car and restart it the problem clears untill I get back to high speeds 60 MPH. Does not always happen so dealing with intermittent problem. I have changed the fluid and filter.
