Here in Saskatchewan we just got like 30cm of snow in a day! I had to jump about a 4 foot high drift in front of my apartment just to get to the door. Times like this I LOVE my Jimmy

Anyone else getting hit with the white stuff?

In colorado now and had nothing this morning buy in about 3 hours time, we've got 7 inches. Predicted up to 3 feet in some places. Should make for some nice skiing!

Sucks to be in Toronto. Don't worry, the weather always crosses the country from west to east. Get ready!

Little dissappointed here. We USUALLY get a good chunk of Buffalo's weather when it snows there but nothin this year. I HAD to make the trip to Fort Erie when that big storm hit them couple months back. I just used the excuse that my cousin need stuff for her little ones and they don't have a 4X4.

It's only -11 Celcius here, (that's pretty cold ferenhieht for our American friends), but I'm stocking up my igloo with Starbucks and back bacon, eh.
I heard it was -40C in Saskatchewan. Brrrrrrrr!

BTW, I don't like Saskatchewan. I was in Saskatoon and I couldn't find a Starbucks

Now, now, I'm a northern Ontario girl...we had our share of snow and -50°C, trust me. Living in the Toronto area DOES suck for snow, and I really miss it.

And I don't know if you can call SASK WEST coast...you're more like middle coast LOL

haha chevy lover, ya its damn close to -40 with the wind in 'toon, and on top of that like 40cm of snow. Hey, we just got starbucks here like 5 years ago, theres maybe 5 or 6 stores in the city, but broadway roastery has better coffee, so i go there, they roast there own beans and also have very exotic blends, check it out next time ur here.

now, now moonie I said west side, not west coast, yes we are classified as a west sida......its ALL about western canada, i hate them snobby east siders, never see anything good come the east.......

we got 5-10 degrees with a 5-10 degree windchill here. COLD.....and we didn't get as much snow as they said either. Only about 16 inches in the higher elevations. Too sad, I was hoping for 3 feet.

HAHA!!! I just helped some late 80's(i think) 4 runner get outta a HUGE snow drift.
I didnt have any tow straps tho so I had to do it the old fashion way

First I tried pushing, with no luck, his front tires wouldnt lock so no 4wheel (pos)
then i went to the back and tried to push him with my jimmy, carefully avoiding his trailer hitch, but I would just end up sinking and his bumper would go on top of mine.
So back to pushing, got her rocking pretty good and me, with all my might(135lbs) got it unstuck.

I got back in my jimmy, backed up about 7 feet and hammered it all the way thru without a single problem. Then the guy came up and thank me and said that he wishes he had a chevy and that his buddy talked him into the yota. I wished him a happy holiday and took off in the mighty GM.

hence: my good deed for the month is thru, and any canadians that see other canadians stuck in snow, its your job to pridefully help them out

Our weatherguesser said that it would warm up and turn to rain today. Well it warmed up all right, to -2C and thae rain that's been coming down all day, and is still coming down tonight is all white and fluffy.

Damn weatherguessers!
