alright, anybody know how much air space, so on and yadda yadda i would need for one of these bad boys? i'm gonna port it out, but i still don't know exactly what hertz to tune it to and so on and so forth. any help would be appreciated. thanks guys.

well you can tune it to whatever you want to....as for airspace.......lol its going to require quite a bit.

well, i've got the box plans drawed up, except for the mounting depth and the porting. it's gonna take up my whole back section. i'm going with 35" from tub to tub so it'l be snug, and 40" front front to back so i'll have a little space to mount my amps. i already know it's going to take 2 sheets of 4x8 mdf for me to pull this off, so everyone pray for me.

Im thinkin around 8 cubes might do fine for this woofer. but I'll research it more for ya

well, if i had thought about getting the xx goliath and just use that one amp, but two zx2500.1's sounds better to me. one per voice coil. and theyre about 800 dollars where the xx goliath is aobut 550.

the kicker amp is only 2 ohm stable. keep that in mind

this one seems very similar to the 2500.1, and its cheaper and 1 ohm stable. Damn sexy too, gotta love plexi

and that alphasonic amp is only half of what i need. looks perdy, though. i was wanting one amp with about 4k-5k watts so i could just do one amp and save some money.

welllll, i'm thinking about turning to ebay to buy my amp. the xx goliaths aren't but like 550 bucks on there and eveyrwhere you go it's 12 and 1500 dollars.buuut, i guess you get what you pay for, lol.

that soundsteam says 1800 and 3500 watts both at 4 ohms????? must be a miss-print.....lol i think my R's are 18lbs each, pretty tiny compared to the big boys
maybe its time for a 15" 9500
