tall men and blazers

Hi... I'm new to the forum and looking for comments from tall people that drive late model blazers...I have owned 2 blazers in the past...a '75 and an '85...I am thinking about getting another for road travel with the occasional off road jaunt...  I am 6 ft 8 inches tall,235 lbs with long legs and big feet etc and I am just not comfortable in most cars or SUVs on long road trips..I am thinking about buying a used 1998- 2005 Blazer .  So are there any other tall people out there that are driving late model blazers that would like to comment on the practicality, comfort, entrance and exit etc?? to the forum! Honestly, I think you might be uncomfortable in one of the later model Blazers, 6'8" is a cabinfull. Have you looked at a used Trailblazer - 2002 onward?

Yeah, you came to the right place. davtak and I are both in the 6'6"-6'8" range.  I'm confortable in my 2000, and as far as I know, Dave is pretty comfy in his 2000.
If you adjust the seat right, you shouldn't have a problem.
Oh and the pedals aren't a problem either (in case you have a big foot)  I wear a size 15 and Dave I think wears a 17 or something like that.

I got a buddy who's 6'7" who drives a 03' 2 door and hes completely comfortable. His seat is back a ways but he gets in and out just fine and doesn feel crampt.

you seem to be a skinny dude, but welcome.  my one buddy is 6'6" and weighs 310, used to play for  Youngstown State, and my6 other buddy is 6'6" 350 and used to play tackle for Ohio State.  both have driven my blazer and been comfortable.

I am 6'4" and love the size of the drivers area in my 200 4-door.  My Dad is 6'6" 260 and can fit without problems.

im between 6'5"-6'6" an weigh 265..... im pretty comfortable in my 2001 4 door 4x4... my buddy is 6'8" and weighs about 300... he rides in the passenger seat with no problem.....

  Yup, I'm comfy.  I have my seat all the way back and no problem.  I do have a 17 shoe, yes.

i was ok in mine but i prefer my trucks front seat more. i would look at a tahoe if i were you i like having a v8 but if you want something smaller a blazer will do just fine. for the record i get better mileage now then i did before also
