well i have a 2000 4dr 4wd auto 4wd, and i love it its got tons of torqu, amazing in winter and can be quick
i no its not a 2001, but it could help, i think there about the same

ive driven a newer blazer, and it was like the same thing as my 97, i would recomend getting any blazer, they're awesome cars.

I got my 01 4dr LT back in August of last year and love it. Have had to fix a few things (like door hinge bushings, thermostat, etc), but nothing that could break the bank. I love my little Blazer, after driving lowered cars my whole life it is a nice feeling to be up high where I can see more. lol
