If you watch TV on a regular basis you see the Toyotathon commercials and in every commerical we have what looks like our average american somehow destryoying their american made automobile to buy a "better" Toyota.. I know some of the guys&ladies in here are patriotic Americans...this dosent bother you at all because i know it annoys the sh*t out of me.. People seem to forget what Japan did to our country during WWII Pearl Harbor, how about the death marches that cause thousands of soldiers to die! Maybey im over reacting i dont think i am but what is going on! any comment negative or postoive please post them i would love to get some feedback so i know im not loosing my mind

in all honesty
i would not reant about having the most camels at an american school, you might get some strange(and not good) looks from others in all honesty

hes not exactly the kid that you would even care about, he is a jerk to everyone and think that he is better than others. also i just realized how off topic this thread got.

Ummm, yeah. Weird thread here, guys. Any discussion that involves camels and Pearl Harbor is one I generally try to avoid.

Tundra = Overrated!!! I was in Myrtle Beach, SC when the Toyota 1-800-PROVE-IT traveling thingy was there.. at bass pro shops..... They were traveling the country paying people (mainly domestic full size truck owners)to test drive new Tundras... all quad cab i-force 5.7L 4x4's.... one had a 10,000lb trailer... one a boat behind it, one empty, and one with a 350 4-wheeler in the bed... I got a $15 Bass Pro gift card for test driving the one with the quad in the bed.... I can definitely say my Silverado handles an even bigger 4-wheeler WAAAAAAYYYYY better than the new tundra... and mine is reg cab, 2x4 4.3L.....lol

well ill say this much when i drove one it was nice was but not that great, yes; it still felt like it had alot of power, but the one truck that did have alot of power when i was driving it was the nissan titan, 5.4Lv8 i think

I drove my friends dad toyota tundra pickup, the sporty performance one, and it was quick and had power, but one truck that cant be touched, other than diesels is the dodge v-10 magnum.

And what about the nukes that killed millions of Japanese civillians?
I think those should at the very least, cancel each other out by now, don't you?
The new Tundra is having some issues that they've gotta work out...
But it
is a nice riding truck...

I hate these stinking commercials. I think that if they (Japanese corporations) want to slight another corporations vehicles, they need to stick it to another Japanese competitor coporation's vehicles. Once toyota slams honda's Pilot with it's own 4-Runner commercials for about a decade then maybe they could expand to the slamming GM but not anytime soon. Most of us know that the corporations of Japan a 100% subsidized by the Tokyo Government, so the commercials just make me distrust anything Japanese, they stoop to this bloodthirsty crap of a commercial where in it a crane operator drops a 10-ton steel beam from 30 ft. down ontop of the entire length of what apears to be a GMC Sierra pick-up.

Why not? They're advertising in the American market? Why bash the crap out of vehicles that aren't directly competing for that class of vehicle?
I've only heard of trucks being wrecked for trucks, lol.
Besides, Toyota is being patriotic? Why is it only Americans can be patriotic?

lol, i agree that its not good the ozone layer but neither is the smoke coming out of the factory were our blazers were made. i just think that eventually the ozone will be gone and life will be finished, so lets just enjoy ours with high horsepower trucks and sick burnouts and whatnot.
